How a note receives a seal

The seal is a habit of writing, not a certification badge.

1. Name the line. Say whether the note is a partnership file line, a series-mark reading, a notice date, a listing field, an audience step, or a spend change.
2. Attach the public record. Repeat the legal name, business license 2026358016, and the Hattiesburg address when the note will be shown to someone outside the file.
3. Write the unknown. A sealed note that hides what is unknown is not sealed; it is only decorated.
4. Date it. Use one date for the writing and do not backdate a public page.
