A notice on this site is a dated page, not a meeting that has been held.

We do not publish minutes, votes, consents, or a roster of owners. The calendar rule is only this: if a notice is meant to be relied on, it carries a date, the full legal name, business license 2026358016, and the Hattiesburg address. An undated draft stays a draft.

Three dates we distinguish

1. The date written on the notice.
2. The date the notice is placed in the file.
3. The date a recipient writes back.

We do not collapse those three dates into one “announcement.” We do not describe attendance, quorums, or outcomes, because none are on the public record of this website.
