A page can look finished and still be a draft if it has no date. On this site, a governance notice is dated when it is written, carries the full legal name, and repeats business license 2026358016. The date the notice is filed and the date someone replies are different dates. We do not merge them into a single announcement, and we do not describe who attended, because attendance is not part of the public website record.
